(1) In order to implement the project, the Board or the Government of Nepal, the State Government and the local level shall provide or provide the support, approval or work to be provided to the permit holder within the period mentioned in the contract.
(2) In the course of implementing the project, if the licensee requests any assistance and such assistance can be provided in accordance with the prevailing law, the expenses and liabilities incurred by the licensee shall be borne by the board itself to provide such assistance or the Government of Nepal, the state government or the local government. The concerned body of the level can send a written request to provide such assistance.
